If there is a clear fit, we schedule an initial tempering consultation — either at our City Road office or via video conference. This session covers your operational context, existing technology landscape, compliance requirements, and timeline expectations. Following the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal with fixed pricing for defined deliverables.
